In quasi un anno dall’ultimo sgombero della Casa Cantoniera di Claviere, siamo rimastx qua, in questa valle, su questa sanguinosa e razzista frontiera, vicino alle persone che ogni giorno la sfidano e la superano, nonostante siano costrette a farlo “illegalmente”: controllate, respinte e violate dallo Stato e dalle sue forze armate. Nella stessa valle dove transitano indisturbatx migliaia di “migranti” con documenti in regola, chiamatx turistx. Nella stessa valle dove solo a gennaio di quest’anno la frontiera ha ucciso due persone, Fatallah Belhafif e Ullah Rezwan.

Da oggi ritorniamo a organizzarci in un luogo abbandonato da decenni, che ora non appartiene più a nessunx ma che vive grazie alle persone che lo abitano, lo costruiscono e lo auto gestiscono, in contrapposizione ad uno e a tutti gli stati e le leggi che vorrebbero reprimere qualsiasi forma di autonomia collettiva ed individuale.

Abbiamo continuato e continueremo a lottare riappropriandoci e costruendo spazi liberi ed inclusivi. Luoghi slegati dalle dinamiche violente, razziste ed infantilizzanti proprie delle istituzioni, manifestate sulla frontiera italo-francese delle Alpi Occidentali, nel Rifugio Massi di Oulx, nella Croce Rossa (che partecipa ai respingimenti in cooperazione con le forze dell’ordine) e nell’apparato di controllo e repressione italiano e francese*.

Siamo rimastx qua, organizzandoci su questa frontiera, non per portare avanti un’opera umanitaria ed assistenzialista PER lx “migranti”, ma come scelta politica di stare e lottare CON le persone che transitano per queste valli.

Oggi più che mai si assiste a una razzializzazione dell’accoglienza e della “solidarietà”. Dall’inizio della guerra, associazioni, singoli cittadini, comuni, stati e media hanno concentrato le loro azioni, il loro tempo e i loro fondi su rifugiatx ucrainx. Allora ci chiediamo: questa solidarietà esiste perché le persone in questione sono bianche? O perché sono cristiane?

Noi abbiamo scelto di lottare con tutte le vittime della guerra e dell’imperialismo.

È naturale che combattere contro le oppressioni non impedisce la loro riproduzione. Teniamo presente la e le violenze che si sono verificate nella Casa Cantoniera di Oulx e cercheremo di vivere e creare uno spazio che tenti di decostruire e gestire la violenza.

Questo nuovo rifugio non nasce in terra arida, ma in una valle (la Val Susa) che resiste da decenni lottando per la preservazione e la riappropriazione delle proprie terre contro il vergognoso progetto del TAV e del mondo in cui questo si iscrive. Un mondo fatto di industria, di grandi opere inutili e di distruzione dell’ambiente in cui viviamo, un mondo che spinge sempre più persone all’esilio.

Vi invitiamo per questo a unirvi alla lotta,

in tutti i territori in cui la frontiera lascia le sue tracce, in tutti i territori dobbiamo combatterla.

FR. Un nouveau refuge autogéré est né !

Presqu’un an après la dernière expulsion de la Casa Cantoniera de Clavière, nous sommes resté.exs ici, dans cette vallée, sur cette frontière sanglante et raciste, près des personnes qui, chaque jour, la défient et la surmontent, bien qu’elles soient forcées de le faire “illégalement” : contrôlées, rejetées et violentées par l’État et ses forces armées.

Dans cette même vallée où, des milliers de “migrant.ex” avec de bons papiers, appelé.ex touristes, transitent sans être dérangé.ex. Dans la même vallée où, seulement en janvier de cette année, la frontière a tué deux personnes, Fatallah Belhafif et Ullah Rezwan.

A partir d’aujourd’hui, nous revenons nous organiser dans un lieu abandonné depuis des décennies, qui n’appartient plus à personne mais qui revit grâce à celleux qui l’habitent, le construisent et l’autogèrent, en opposition à un et tous les états et lois qui veulent voir disparaitre toute forme d’autonomie collective et individuelle.

Nous avons continué et continuerons à nous battre en nous réappropriant et en construisant des espaces libres et inclusifs. Des lieux loins des dynamiques violentes, racistes et infantilisantes des institutions, qui se manifestent à la frontière franco-italienne des Alpes occidentales, au refuge Massi à Oulx, à la Croix-Rouge (qui participe aux refoulements en collaboration avec la police) et dans les appareils de contrôle et de répression italiens et français.

Nous sommes resté.exs ici, en nous organisant sur cette frontière, non pas pour faire du travail humanitaire et de l’aide sociale POUR les “migrant.exs”, mais par choix politique, pour rester debout et lutter AVEC les personnes qui transitent par ces vallées.

Aujourd’hui, de manière plus flagrante que jamais, nous assistons à une rationalisation de l’accueil et de la “solidarité”. Depuis le début de la guerre, des associations, des particuliers, des municipalités, des États, des médias grand public ont concentré des actions, du temps, des fonds pour les réfugié.exs ucrainien.nexs. Nous nous demandons donc si cette solidarité existe parce que les personnes en question sont blanches ? Ou parce qu’elles sont chrétiennes ?

Nous luttons avec toutes victimes de la guerre et de l’impérialisme.

Il est évident que lutter contre des oppressions n’empêche pas d’en reproduire.

Nous gardons en tête les violences survenues durant les autres occupations et voulons vivre dans un espace qui cherchera à déconstruire et à gérer la violence.

Ce nouveau refuge n’est pas né sur une terre stérile, mais dans le Val de Suze qui résiste depuis des décennies par la lutte contre le projet honteux du TAV et son monde. Un monde d’industrie et de destruction du vivant, ce monde qui, toujours plus, pousse les personnes à l’exil.

Nous vous invitons à rejoindre la lutte.

Dans tout le territoire, la frontière laisse ses traces ; dans tous les territoires, nous devons la combattre.

A new self-managed shelter is born!

In almost a year since the last eviction of the Casa Cantoniera in Claviere, we stayed here, in this valley, on this bloody and racist border, close to the people who challenge and overcome it every day, despite being forced to do so “illegally”: controlled, rejected and violated by the state and its armed forces. In the same valley where thousands of “migrants” with “the good papers”, called turists, transit undisturbated. In the same valley where only in January this year the border killed two people, Fatallah Belhafif and Ullah Rezwan.

As of today, we return to organize in a place that has been abandoned for decades, which now belongs to nobody but lives thanks to the people who inhabit, build and self-manage it, in opposition to one and all states and laws that would like to repress any form of collective and individual autonomy.

We have continued and will continue to struggle by reappropriating and building free and inclusive spaces. Places untethered from the violent, racist and infantilizing dynamics proper to the institutions, manifested on the French-Italian border in the Western Alps, in the Massi Refuge in Oulx, in the Red Cross (which participates in rejections in cooperation with the police) and in the Italian and French control and repression apparatus*.

We remained here, organizing on this border, not to carry out humanitarian and welfarist work FOR the “migrants,” but as a political choice to stand and fight WITH the people who transit through these valleys.

Today, more than ever, there is a racialization of welcoming and “solidarity.” Since the beginning of the war, associations, individuals, municipalities, states and the media have focused their actions, time and funds on ucrainian refugees. So we ask: does this solidarity exist because the people in question are white? Or because they are Christian?

We have chosen to fight with all victims of war and imperialism.

It is natural that fighting against oppressions does not prevent their reproduction. We keep in mind the violence that occurred in the Casa Cantoniera of Oulx and we will try to live and create a space that attempts to deconstruct and manage violence.

This new refuge is not born in barren land, but in a valley (the Susa Valley) that has been resisting for decades fighting for the preservation and reappropriation of its lands against the shameful HST project and the world in which it is inscribed. A world of industry, unnecessary large-scale works and destruction of the environment in which we live, a world that pushes more and more people into exile.

We therefore invite you to join the struggle,

in all territories where the frontier leaves its traces, in all territories we must fight it.
